Egg Thawing, Fertilization and Transfer

The global rate for one cycle of egg thawing, fertilization and transfer is $ 7,585 plus the cost of additional procedures (if needed) and is paid as follows:

INCLUDED IN GLOBAL RATE:

BASIC PROCEDURES USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH IVF:
Starting at the visit to begin estrogen:
Ultrasound and estradiol monitoring of endometrial development
Egg thawing
IVF laboratory work including preparation of sperm, identification of
eggs, preparation of eggs for insemination, insemination of eggs, embryo incubation and monitoring and preparation for transfer
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
Assisted hatching or blastocyst
Embryo transfer
Ending with the first pregnancy test

NOT INCLUDED IN GLOBAL RATE:

IVF PRE-TREATMENT PROCEDURES:
Consultations
Pre-cycle lab work including infectious disease screening
Semen testing
Procedures such as trial transfer, hysteroscopy (if necessary)

ADDITIONAL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE IVF CYCLE:
Medications (billed by pharmacy)
Surgical Sperm Retrieval-if needed (urologist’s fee plus RPMG
embryologist’s fee)
Blastocyst (~$ 630)
Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD)-if needed ~$5,950-6,410

Pregnancy monitoring following the first pregnancy test

Note: If your cycle is cancelled in the global program, but have paid the full global rate, all services will be itemized only to the point of termination. Any payment on your account that exceeds these itemized charges will be refunded directly to you if you so request, or may be credited to your next cycle. Prices are subject to change without notice.
