Welcome to the new version of the Reproductive Partners Medical Group Bulletin Board. Since its inception in 1999, the mission of this bulletin board has been to educate consumers on fertility-related issues. To date we have posted over 60,000 questions and answers and have helped thousands of couples throughout the world better understand their fertility treatment.

Even if you had been a participant in the previous version, you will need to sign in again using your user name and password. Before using this Bulletin Board, you must agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of Use without limitation or qualification or you will not be granted access. You should be aware that when you disclose personal information (including, user name, e-mail address, personal details about yourself, etc.) on the public areas of the Site (including message boards, etc.) you do so voluntarily, and that such information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other posters or parties. Although RPMG may from time to time monitor or review discussions, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, RPMG is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, inaccuracy, omission, falsehood, defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, profanity, or threat included in any information contained within such locations on the Site. RPMG reserves the right to deny access to the Site or any features of the Site to anyone who violates these Terms of Service or who, in our sole judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy our website or infringes the rights of others. You are prohibited from: 1. Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, abusive, hateful, pornographic, or profane material, or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. 2. Posting or transmitting material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others. 3. Posting or transmitting advertisements or solicitation of business. 4. Posting or transmitting chain letters or pyramid schemes. 5. Impersonating another person or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 6. Distributing viruses or other harmful computer code. 7. Engaging in any other conduct that, in RPMG's judgment, restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which, in RPMG's judgment, exposes RPMG or any of its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, or Content providers to any liability or detriment of any type. RPMG will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing RPMG to disclose the identity of anyone posting or transmitting any such information or materials, or otherwise violating the above prohibitions or any state or federal laws. 8. Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to provide the Site or its features, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the networks we use to provide the Site. 9. Gain unauthorized access to the Site, or any account, computer system, or network connected to this Site, by means such as hacking, password mining or other illicit means. 10. Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this Site. 11. Gather for marketing purposes any email addresses or other personal information that has been posted by other users of the Site. To access the bulletin board section of the Site, you may also be asked to register with us on the form provided and such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). Our use of any personally identifiable information you provide to us as part of the registration process is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are responsible for all activities (whether by you or by others) that occur under your password or account.
